Alexander Novoa Cabrera (Perú)

Alexander Novoa Cabrera is a Peruvian writer born in Lima in 1975. He holds a degree in Communication Sciences. Since the age of 22 he has been teaching literature in schools and academies in the private sector in his native city. He has lived in France and Spain before settling in Italy in 2006. In 2009 he published the book of short stories Los Hombres Huecos, whose stories deal with the theme of human mediocrity. In 2020, the Spanish publishing house Dauro published his novel La Quinta, which tells the story of a gang of teenagers in Lima in the 1980s. He is the administrator of the website Caleidoscopio Literario, where he shares space with different authors from Ibero-America. He is currently working as a playwright.
