César Ernesto Arenas Ulloa (Perú)

César Ernesto Arenas Ulloa was born in Lambayeque, Peru, in 1988. He is a playwright, Spanish teacher, intercultural mediator, Latin American theatre researcher and specialist in accessibility for the performing arts. He is also a person with a physical disability from birth. He studied Literature at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (Lima, Peru) and Musicology and Theatre at the Università di Bologna (Italy). He has participated as a speaker at various conferences, published several academic articles and written two theses dedicated to the contemporary playwrights Mariana de Althaus and Manuela Infante. He currently lives in Italy, where he has participated in the creation of several shows. He is part of the theatre collective Al.Di.Qua Artists and an active member of the Peruvian migrant community in Milan.
